About The Catalyst Effect, Inc.

How We Evolved
The Catalyst Effect, Inc. is a California corporation that was borne of the constant questions that kept coming up about law firms needing to change. While there are numerous individuals and groups that promote and advocate alternative billing, guaranteed maximum pricing and other unique to the legal world ways of running a law business, nobody has called together the experts to describe the practical and functional aspects of the 'new' business of law, until now.

Seeing that there was a continued interest in getting the answers to the questions, what better way than to have the industry experts provide the answers. We have pulled key industry consultants and experts to share their answers.

For now The Catalyst Effect, Inc. is focusing on changing the way law firms operate, but when new issues arise, The Catalyst Effect will get working on getting answers to the most often asked questions, whether that would be law firm structure, management, marketing or even other professional service industries.

Our Mission
Our goal is to provide the most up to date information and wisdom of experts in the field, and make them available to managers and decision makers at law firms. Working one industry at a time, our focus for now will be for the overall improvement of the legal businesses that are interested in embracing the big picture for the future.
